What is Mammam?
Mammam is all about preparing tasty wholesome food and delivering it to our customer’s home or workplace in a jiffy. Mammam lets you order deliciously amazing food from our range of individual local cuisines that are not otherwise available through speedy delivery. At Mammam we are passionate about the dedication and effort that goes into making our wholesome meals that feed and fuel our customers and that is why we only use the freshest local produce we can get our hands on. We have a professional team of drivers who take pride in delivering your food on time without compromising their safety.
What is our story?
After a long hiatus a team of four individuals came together to revive a passion that was neglected for far too long. They realized that there were too many great local cuisines available, but they were located everywhere. This issue lead to the birth of mammam deliveries where we cook and delivery authentic local all time favorite dishes!
USING Mammam Deliveries
How does Mammam Deliveries work?
It's really quite straightforward – simply search from our menus you want on the homepage, and we'll show you all the great local dishes that we offer to you. Choose the dish that would satisfy your cravings, put together your order, enter your address and payment details, and that's it - we'll get your food to you as soon as possible!
What kind of food is listed on Mammam Deliveries?
We personally curate a high-quality and diverse selection of local cuisine available. This can range from you’re your all time favorite delicacies like nasi lemak to our individual malay, chinese and indian choices like kung pao chicken, asam pedas and even mutton korma.
What times can I order for?
We are currently open from 10am to 10pm and we also have a pre-order section for customers who want to already know what they want ahead of time.
How is the food delivered to me?
Once you place an order, our team of passionate chefs will cook up your meal and our reliable team of riders will then deliver your order to you!
Do I have to tip?
Whether you tip or not is completely up to you, but of course is always appreciated and encouraged. Our delivery personnel receive 100% of all tips - we don’t keep any of it! Is there a minimum order value? At Mammam Deliveries we believe there should not be any minimum order policy as we truly believe in 100% hassle free customer experience.
How do I redeem a voucher code?
If you’re lucky enough to have a voucher code, you can redeem this on the app or the website. If you’re using the app simply click into your account and pop your code into the ‘Enter a Promo Code’ field. On the website, hit ‘Add a Code’ at the checkout stage. And that’s it, cheaper eats on us!
Can I place orders in advance?
Yes, of course! You can schedule orders for up to two days in advance and choose any delivery time from midday onwards that suits you best.
Do we charge GST?
Yes, we charge 6% on all orders and all final prices are inclusive of GST.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer collection, however this is something we would like to offer in the future.
How is the food packaged?
Packaging always depends on the type of food you are ordering from. Our kitchen staff takes great care in using packaging that maintains the food temperature for as long as possible. If you have suggestions regarding the packaging/appearance of the food, please contact us!
QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER
What if something is wrong with my order?
We have a dedicated customer service team that looks after your entire Mammam experience from the moment you place an order on our website through to it arriving at your doorstep. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. In the rare case that this happens, you can always contact us at email@example.com or +603 5631 7187 and we will look into this for you.
What if I forgot to add something to my order?
Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or +603 5631 7187 and we’ll do our best to make sure you get all the items you want added to your order.
What if my order is late?
Our delivery team are always maneuvering along as quickly as they can, but sometimes things outside of our control can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we feel that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will be working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What if I have allergies?
If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on the menu, please contact customer service directly.
Why aren't you delivering to my area yet?
We are rapidly expanding throughout the Klang Valley and will hopefully be able to serve you soon or just pre-order from our pre- ordering page and we will definitely accommodate your request!
Does Mammam offer company accounts?
